Parameters & Priorities

Grant requests from ministries and organizations in the Midwest, particularly those in Nebraska may receive favorable priority. Requests related to Health and Human care must come from within 50 miles of Fremont, Nebraska.

The Foundation will support processes, efforts, and programs of ministries that engage people in furthering their education and continued learning opportunities, enabling them to become of greater service in meeting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of people.

The Foundation will support processes, efforts and programs of ministries that take collaborative and results- oriented approaches that address the varied needs of people in His Church and the communities they serve, thus promoting the welfare of mankind.

Faith Strengthening
The Foundation will support processes, efforts and programs of ministries that strengthen, enhance and embolden participants and their families to share their Christian faith in His Gospel Message, lived as well as spoken.


Eligibility Requirements

  • The Foundation awards grants ONLY to organizations with a 501(c)(3) or related tax exempt status.
  • The Foundation ONLY awards grants to educational entities which include:
     
    • Lutheran High Schools in Nebraska,
    • Concordia Universities in Seward, Nebraska and St. Paul, Minnesota,
    • Midland University, and
    • Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri.
  • The Foundation ONLY awards grants to missions within the United States.
  • The Foundation ONLY awards grants to camps including Lutheran camps in Nebraska.
  • The Foundation ONLY awards grants to congregations including Trinity Lutheran Church and School in Fremont, Nebraska.
  • The Foundation ONLY awards grants to ministries and organizations in Nebraska and contiguous states. Health and Human Care requests must come from within 50 miles of Fremont, Nebraska.

  • Grants to individuals
  • Grants to congregations
  • Grants to childcare centers, pre-schools, or elementary schools
  • Grants to public schools
  • Grants to high schools outside Nebraska
  • Grants to foreign missions
  • Grants to human care ministries or organizations outside 50 miles of Fremont, Nebraska
  • Grants to any organization outside Nebraska or contiguous states
